1. Laundry Service

All laundry is treated as a bulk service ‘as is’; we take no inventory and do not check washing label instructions. We are careful with all items but are unable to accept complaints or claims for colour fastness, shrinkage or missing items. Please ensure your bag contains washable items only.

2. Wash, Dry & Fold (Service Wash)

We do not take responsibility for sorting through soiled laundry prior to washing; please prepare it as if washing it yourself:

• Separate and sort your colours (preferably into different bags).
• Check the suitability of all items for washing and drying. Tumble drying ranges between 60°C and 90°C unless you clearly request a lower drying temperature.
• Do not leave dry-clean-only or non-tumble-dry items in your bag.
• Check garment pockets for pens, tissues and similar items.

We do not accept claims for missing items in service washes, as it is not practical or cost effective to individually ticket every item, so we hold no record of what is in your bag. Wash, Dry & Fold (service wash) is priced by weight, starting at 5kg and increasing per additional kilogram. Non-tumble-dry, hand-wash and feather-filled items cannot be included in Wash & Fold. Leominster Laundry does not accept responsibility for damage during washing or drying; if damage does occur, compensation is at the discretion of Leominster Laundry.

3. Stains

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains despite using every method available; some stains are fixed and cannot be safely removed. We will re-clean any item free of charge, although the original cleaning charge will still apply even if stain removal is unsuccessful.

4. Packaging

We care how you receive your laundry and aim to pack most items in waterproof, heat-sealed bags to ensure safe transit home. While practical for transport, this isn’t ideal for storage, as residual heat and moisture can be retained in the bag over time. We advise unpacking all laundry as soon as possible, allowing it to air as you would at home.
